Financial Application Consultant

Application Consultant required for growing software development company based in Camden, London.

My client is an established software company delivering financial packages to the television programme production industry. The solutions they develop are focused around Sage Line 500 and their own inhouse developed package to provide the client with clear upto date production financial information. My client is one of the market leaders in delivering this important financial solution to this sector.

This role will involve the following:

  • Demonstrating the solution
  • Understanding client requirements
  • Consultancy on the appropriate solution
  • Implementation / Customisation
  • Training

The ideal candidate will have 4 years experience providing client support, with a good knowledge of the Sage Line 500 product lines as well as SQL and Crystal Reports. Key qualities for this role are: good communications skills, personable manner and a clear mind with incisive diagnosis ability. This role will also suit a part qualified accountant with at least 3 years experience working in an accounts department.

This is a good opportunity work in a small specialist team yet be part of an expanding company that is working in the exciting, dynamic media industry.

Salary £35,000+

Part-time Accounts Assistant

Accounts person/Bookkeeper required for established IT Company.

The Company is based in Henley, Oxfordshire and requires an Accounts person/Bookkeeper for day to day accounts and administration work.

  • This includes the following:
  • Processing Supplier Invoices
  • Generating Sales Invoices
  • Cheque/Bacs Payments run
  • General Administration

The ideal Candidate needs to be: articulate, presentable with good organisational skills. In addition have good computer skills including: Sage, Office 2007, Excel & Word etc.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone only able to work part time and lives locally to work in a small dynamic team.

Salary £12.00 to £15.00per hour

The Company is based in Henley, Oxfordshire and requires a Purchasing Manager, this role will include:

  • Working closely with Suppliers
  • Stock Control/Inventory
  • Obtaining Best Prices from Suppliers
  • Producing purchase orders
  • Collating product offers
  • General Admin

The ideal Candidate needs to be: articulate, presentable with good organisational skills. In addition have Good Computer Skills including: Office 2007, Excel & Word.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone living locally to develop their work experience especially around their skills of Buying and knowledge of IT products.

Salary £18000 to £20000

Implementation Engineer / Installation Engineer

An experienced engineer required to work with the Project team to assist in the installation of IT infrastructures and Applications on client sites.

Our client is a fast growing and dynamic IT services company offering the right candidate an excellent opportunity for growth, promotion and the chance to contribute to the development of the company. The company provides state of the art technical solutions for small and medium sized business (SMEs) providing hardware, software, security and ongoing services to customers in the UK and around the world.

The ideal candidate must be MCSA certified, good TCP/IP skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. In addition, you will need to have good communication skills and strong customer care.

This is an ideal role for someone who has been in 2nd line help desk and looking to break into a customer facing role or someone in a field role who wants a more challenging projects / implementation position.

Salary £27K + dependant upon experience.

Media skills:
Candidates should be able to define PR and communication strategy to meet individual objectives of each client. To define creative media campaigns as well as have a clear network of media contacts.

Client Skills
Be capable of managing and driving client relationships, dealing with issues and creating opportunities. All in a courteous and efficient manner.
Management
Should be able to lead and motivate an account team to achieve targets. Prioritise individual tasks to ensure all agreed activity is delivered.

Business
Contributes to the creation and delivery of business strategy. Can identify new business opportunities and present campaign proposals

Ideal candidate must have at least 3years Account Management Experience

Salary £45,000+

IT Helpdesk Support

1st Line IT Support person required for fast growing IT Company based in North London.

Candidates should have the following attributes:

Experience in Helpdesk Support or similar IT Role. Strong verbal communication skills, good customer care and client facing.

Good verbal & written communication skills are also required.

Technical Skills required: Understanding of Desktop environments, essential Microsoft Windows XP Pro, Office XP/2003 especially Outlook. PC Hardware and Printers.

Salary: £19,500 to £22,000.
